How we do Screen Printing on Customized Plain T-shirts ?
Updated: May 8

Screen printing is a popular method for printing designs onto Customized Plain T-shirts. Here's a step-by-step guide for screen printing on plain t-shirts:
Prepare the design: The first step is to create the design that you want to print on the t-shirt. It is best to use a vector graphic as it will produce a clearer and more accurate print.
Create a screen: Next, you need to create a screen for each color in your design. To do this, you will need to coat a screen with a light-sensitive emulsion and then expose it to light with your design in place. This will harden the emulsion where the light passes through, creating a stencil of your design.
Prepare the t-shirt: Make sure the t-shirt is clean, wrinkle-free and dry. Place a piece of cardboard inside the shirt to prevent the ink from bleeding through to the back.
Load the ink: Fill the screen with the desired color of ink and use a squeegee to spread it evenly across the stencil.
Print the design: Carefully place the screen onto the t-shirt and use the squeegee to apply pressure to the ink, pushing it through the stencil and onto the t-shirt. Repeat this process for each color in your design.
Allow the ink to dry: Leave the t-shirt to dry for several hours, or overnight if possible.
Cure the ink: After the ink has dried, it is important to cure it so that it will be permanent and washable. This can be done by placing the t-shirt in a heat press or exposing it to heat from a clothes dryer.
Wash the t-shirt: Before wearing the t-shirt, wash it to remove any residue from the printing process.
And that's it! Now you have a custom screen-printed t-shirt.
